"Me and my husband could not ask for a better support for our relationship...

Maddie has definitely helped guide us through some very difficult moments and Helped strengthen our relationship."
"So, I've been a patient of Maddie's for 2.5 years and...

I'm forever grateful for her care. It had been a while since I saw a therapist and there are always some nerves before talking with someone new. "Will we be a good match?" "Am I going to like them?" "Will they listen to me well? I knew all of those things were true about Maddie Immediately. What stands out to me about her care is her kindness; That is so genuine and whole. She will never shame you into change and always guide you with a safe and forgiving hand. She is VERY responsive, especially when l've needed to talk to her on short notice or have any questions. She goes the distance for you and your care. Therapy is not linear, it's an ever-evolving tool and Maddie truly makes space for it all with an abundance of kindness. I wish I could see her every day honestly. If you're nervous about therapy or talking to someone, go to Maddie. She is a soft place to land. Thank you Maddie."
"I have seen Maddie for a long time....
She has always been great! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great therapist"
"Maddie made me feel comfortable and safe from the moment I began treatment...

It is clear that she listens deeply and with a sense of care, I have never experienced with previous therapists. Maddie helped me reframe some of my biggest struggles and find hope where I thought there was none. Our weekly sessions were something I really looked forward to, and I have seen so much improvement in my understanding of myself and my overall quality of life. Maddie is the best of the best!"
"Maddie is an excellent therapist and...

great listener. She recommended exercises and reading as support. I'm very happy with her and the progress made. I highly recommend her."
"For almost 2 years we have been seeing Maddie..."

Me and my husband could not ask for a better support for our relationship. She has been there with us through some of the happiest and darkest moments. She has definitely helped guide us through some very difficult moments and aid in strengthening our relationship. The best way I can describe is if our relationship was an egg the moment we dropped it and it cracked Maddie helped us turn that cracked egg into a Faberge egg."
"An amazing woman and therapist!"
"HIGHLY recommend her.

This is your sign to set up an appointment!"
"My partner and I see Maddie for couples counseling and...

Maddie is a warm and compassionate therapist. She is very patient with us as we work - and sometimes fight - out our issues. She is helping us to take a step back to see what dynamics are at play and to identify what needs we have in order to get them met. I feel comfortable sharing personal things with her because she cultivates an environment of emotional safety."
"I was hesitant about telehealth but in our first meeting on zoom...
Maddie was able to transcend the virtual divide with ease. Her charisma and kindness made us feel like she was in the room with us. We have always felt connected and that we have her undivided attention. Couldn't recommend her more especially if your busy life makes it hard to get to a therapist's office."
INTIMACY COACH
Relationship Sex & Intimacy Help
Imagine if conversations flowed easier, if sex was about pleasure, and if you felt as connected as you did in the beginning.

Research shows that sexual satisfaction plays a huge role in overall relationship health, but many factors can impact it, from stress to body image to communication. Understanding how things like hormones, attachment styles, and internal narratives shape our experiences in the bedroom.

Intimacy and sex are ways to feel truly connected in your relationship, but sometimes life gets in the way, and it’s easy to lose that spark. Whether it’s stress, communication issues, or just feeling distant, these challenges can leave you and your partner feeling stuck or unfulfilled.
Getting help with intimacy gives you the tools to reconnect emotionally and physically, so you can rebuild closeness and strengthen your bond. If you're feeling like you’re missing that deeper connection, intimacy coaching can help you get back to feeling more in sync with your partner.

Struggling with Sexuality
Understanding and navigating our own and our partner's sexuality can be challenging. It's frustrating when our desires, preferences, or sexual needs aren't effectively communicated or fulfilled.

However, open conversations, non-judgmental attitudes, seeking professional guidance, and prioritizing respect and consent can help address these frustrations.

"Why is it so difficult to connect intimately?"

"We're constantly caught up in our fast-paced life, which leaves us little time to work on our sexual relationship."

"We have the desire, but it feels like we can't make it happen."
The Spark Has Diminished
As relationships progress, the initial excitement may fade, but if it feels significantly different from the beginning, there may be underlying issues.

These can include a lack of shared interests, decreased emotional connection, increased responsibilities, or unresolved problems.

To reignite the spark, open communication, quality time, and rekindling shared experiences are crucial. Addressing underlying concerns is equally important.

"I find myself longing for the feelings we had in the past when I look at old pictures."

"We tend to avoid difficult conversations."
Communication Gaps
One of the most common issues in relationships is poor communication. Misunderstandings and misinterpretations can create gaps between couples, leading to conflicts and emotional distance.

To overcome this, it's important to actively listen, express emotions clearly, and use effective communication techniques.

“Why does it seem so hard to connect."

"I can't keep going on like this!"

"I used to feel so deeply in love. What happened?"
