I'm the founder of Zillennial Intimacy and Zillennial Therapy! I started it back in 2021 as a creative project, and it has since bloomed into what it is today. I also got married last year! But that means my last name has changed. I used to practice under the name

Coach & educator
Hi, I’m Alex! I’m here to help you build authentic connections—with yourself and others. I work with adults of all identities, with a special focus on queer and mixed-identity folks navigating intimacy, relationships, and sexuality. I’m passionate about identity exploration and progressive, pleasure-based sexuality education. My approach is rooted in anti-oppressive, affirming work where all of your intersecting identities are celebrated to foster empowerment and self-awareness in your journey.
I’m also a counseling psychology doctoral student specializing in sex therapy at Ball State University and love staying curious, always learning more to help folks thrive. When I’m not doing that, I’m probably taking road trips or hanging out with my hairless cat, Rigatoni!

They/ Them
Coach & Educator
I’m Courtney Paige "CP" Harrough (they/them),
a compassionate therapist and educator based in Indianapolis, Indiana. My work focuses on an empathetic, embodied approach to healing, emphasizing sexuality, pleasure, and reclaiming personal power. I believe therapy is about creating a safe space for you to explore your emotions and develop tools to navigate life with confidence. Empathy is the cornerstone of my practice. I strive to listen deeply to your experiences without judgment, meeting you where you are, whether you're facing trauma, anxiety, or identity concerns. My approach fosters an environment where you can heal at your own pace. I emphasize the mind-body connection, using techniques like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and somatic therapy to help you reconnect with yourself. This integration allows for deeper healing and understanding of how past experiences influence your present. With over seven years in sexual health education and trauma-informed care, I specialize in helping individuals explore their relationships with self, intimacy, and power dynamics. I’m particularly passionate about supporting survivors of trauma and marginalized communities. I’m currently accepting new clients for virtual sessions, and I’d be honored to support you on your journey to empowerment and self-discovery.

Practice Manager
As the child of first-generation immigrants, I was born (and mostly raised) in Washington D.C. Despite spending most of my youth in our nation’s capital, in reality, I grew up all over the world. As a teenager, I lived in three different countries (namely, India, Singapore, and the United States) and roughly five cities. Throughout this time I learned invaluable skills, such as the importance of diverse perspectives and the ability to adapt on a dime. As one can imagine, however, these years were rather tumultuous, to say the least, and while I joke that learning to heal from my past gave me an honorary degree in mental health, I have yet to acquire an official one—although I hope to do so soon in graduate school!

In the meantime, however, I plan on utilizing the leadership skills I learned and compassion I honed as a Program Director of a nonprofit for at-risk youth, in my role at Zillennial Intimacy! Finally, as a graduate of St.Edwards’s University, with a degree in Philosophy and Writing & Rhetoric, I’m grateful my passion for storytelling, critical thinking, and desire to break down complex topics into digestible terms comes in handy everyday both behind the scenes as Practice Manager and while writing for our blog series!

Too often, knowledge is gate-kept from those who need it the most, and here, at Zillennial, we hope we can help you learn about yourself and the relationships you cherish the most!

Austin Intern
Howdy! I'm Bertha! A Texas native, married to my high school sweetheart of 11 years, and a psychology major with an interest in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. When I’m not gardening or binging Star Trek, you’ll find me outdoors—hiking through Austin’s trails in the fall or cooling off in a swimming hole come summer. Classic rock is my jam, and my family means the world to me. It's nice to meet you!

LA Intern
Hi everyone! I’m Maggie! I’m originally a San Franciscan but I recently moved out to Los Angeles about two years ago to continue my college experience as a psychology major. I just finished obtaining my bachelors this last summer of 2024 but what I’m particularly interested in is how I can help others through their relationships. This year my goal is to learn more about myself and explore new things. I’m really big on being festive for every season and being with my friends is what I love doing most. Building bonfires, having movie nights, going thrifting or just enjoying a night drive into the city is how I spent majority of my days. When I’m not with my friends I’m exploring new coffee shops and food places or finding new recipes to make at home while cozying up to watch my favorite movies. It’s great to meet you!
